I cannot recommend this lady enough for what she fixed for me, the genuine interest she showed and the vibes of the salon, which was immaculate and the aftercare were spot on. Natalia was amazing! I had a great time and was made to feel very welcome even in my hungover state - really made my day! All the women who work there were lovely, and I got so many compliments on my hair (and piercings) which made the whole atmosphere so enjoyable. Natalia clearly cared about my hair and what I wanted, asking for a second opinion when it was needed (but obviously what she had decided was completely correct) but it was highly appreciated as I have thin hair which had been coloured before so she wanted to keep it as healthy as possible while giving me what I wanted. Overall, I had a fantastic time and definitely intend to return to sit in Natalia's chair again.
